I just found dried Medjool dates at specialty shop in Latvia. These are raw, non-organic, sun dried and natural.I would like to know an opinion about my limited dietary composition at the moment: My main staple would be dates (500g, pitted, about 1400cals). So, for first meal I would have 250g dates blended with 300g of romaine lettuce and water, second meal the same and third meal apples, oranges or pineapple followed by one large avocado and more lettuce. Total about 2200cals a day. Fat around 11% of calories. I would like to eat that way for more than 6 months. Is it OK to do so monotonous diet for so long? Thanks, Benas
