Thank you, I appreciate your input, but I'm training for a marathon, use my bike for transportation, go to the gym and practice yoga on a consistant basis. I highly doubt that the root of this issue is due to lack of exercise. I do however, keep my fats relatively low, as I'm usually at about 9/5/5 as far as ratios, but this fits perfectly into Dougs recommendations so I don't think that increasing my fat consumption is a wise choice, but of course thats just my personal opinion, and I could very well be wrong. I live in Canada, and fresh nuts are simply not available to me at this time. I do not rely on nuts or seeds found at health food stores, as more often than not they are rancid. Increasing my greens however, may be the answer.
