The ones I have now did not come in a box but in the familiar Oranges bags from California. They are everywhere in the farmer's markets. These are just picked from the farmer's trees and then bagged so I'm not sure if the powder was put on before they were picked or after. The ones I bought in the past were organic and in a box but there was nothing on the box that indicated there was anything on them. I still have the boxes in the trunk of my car so I will check again but I am quite certain nothing was on them.
