Do you recommend fats below 80/10/10 to eliminate dysmenorrhea? I've been 80/10/10 since February 2010, but eat the occasional overt fat such as avocado or durian. I'm in Canada, so eating durian is not a regular occurance, and as far as avocado goes, I eat them when I feel like it, maybe once per week and my ratios are always within 80/10/10 on these days (usually 9/5/5 other days) Also, could eating frozen foods be the cuplrit? I do mix frozen berries in my banana smoothies on a regular basis to keep some variety in my diet and change things up. I also drink peppermint tea probably once every few weeks, only in the winter when its a bit colder and with nothing added to it. I'm trying to get to the bottom of this painful cycle, if you have any tips that would be great :) Alyssa
