I'm eating a little over 4,000 calories a day. (I've been eating 80/10/10 since this past summer, so just a little over 6 months now with no slip-ups. I was eating a raw vegan diet before, but it was high fat.)
I have been eating lots of bananas. (Usually 3 meals of 12 of them) then I have a big vegetable salad at night with an avocado or a handful of nuts. (I weigh the avocado and nuts to make sure I'm not going over the 10% range, though it is often 8 or 9 percent.)
I am currently on vacation from work which is fairly demanding, so I'm thinking that maybe that would explain why I would need less sleep, but no sleep at all??? Since I have been unable to sleep I am going to ask if I can come back to work early to force myself to get back into the routine of it which may help me sleep.
I did exercise the last 2 days for an hour with weights, but I'm afraid to go outside and run or something because I'm concerned that the combination of freezing weather and being this sleep deprived will make me vulnerable to sickness.
I'm worried simply because I'm not sure how long I can go without good sleep before it starts taking a serious toll on me. I'm just not sure how I should handle this problem if it continues much longer.
Thank you!
