So I think I should focus on getting enough sleep - regardless of the hour to bed/rise although a 6am and 6pm structure would reflect tropical dwellings and hence what we were most probably designed for.

People say that being asleep between the hours of 10pm and 00am are the best hours sleep. Is this an old wives tale? Does anyone know what this is based on and whether there is any truth behind this claim? How does your body know its 10pm if sun rise/set is changing throughout the year?
