Here I am, nearly 3/4 through my life. I'm wondering is it worth it being lfrv at this stage in the game? Or should I throw caution to the wind as my cronies have done? Some don't seem to be doing too bad. Am I missing out, at 60+, not eating rich entres with friends? Drinking wine? Having sublime desserts? Dr. McDougall said the average human life span is 85 years. I tend to agree based on what I've seen thusfar. Jack La Lanne, for all the care he took, made it to 96. Conversely, George Burns got to 100 with that cigar in his mouth. What motivates us to keep plugging away in the name of health?
