I do eat a lot of greens, unfortunately, the problem seems to happen anyway. Sunflower sprouts seem to be a rather good one, but no matter how many greens I eat, as soon as I eat fruit again, the inflammation around the gumline is back an hour or two after eating.

I'm inclined to think that it is definitely the fruit causing the problems, rather than the lack of something, as both fasting and simply eating other food, food that is less healthy and nutritious than fruit, helps the problem, but I will look into getting more linoleic acid in my diet. Should I supplement? Greens don't seem to be doing enough.

Internally, fruit is doing great things for body. If I could, hypothetically, inject fruit into my stomach with a syringe I doubt I'd have these gum issues. The topical contact between fruit and gums is the issue.
