What a knowledgeable answer, Just me.

When I was eating a lot of unripe pineapple, my gums receded.
(they're getting better now) Now I understand what "ripe" fruit really
is, in my view it should be described as "almost rotten" for someone
like me to understand how important it is to eat the fruit right before
the fruit flies do.

Take heart Julian because I just had some nerve pain that the dentist
wanted to give me a root canal for actually heal up and totally stop
bothering me after 1 1/2 years, and I also had another long term
infection in between my upper molars that healed up on 811rv, so
there is hope for the mouth on this diet:)!!!

Also, I believe Dr. D emphasizes the need for Vitamin D for the teeth,
I had my levels checked and they were low, and I live in South Florida,
so I stopped using soap (it's thought to destroy the vitamin d your
skin made that day) on the exposed parts of my body. If I'm in the
sun, it's an antiseptic and I do some skin brushing to feel clean. My
skin is loving it. Hope it works out!
