I know lots and lots of folks on 811rv who live in Denmark, Sweden, Holland, Norway, Alaska, etc. There is a lot of support of 811rv in Russia and nearby eastern European countries.
Clothing, bedding, heat, and hot water for bathing make your environment quite cozy. The lack of sunlight cannot be made up for by cooked foods or increased fat consumption.

I recommend getting some sunlight. Perhaps a midwinter vacation is possible, to someplace warm and sunny, or snowy and sunny?
