Does anyone else live in (or know of anyone who lives in) an area that's cold (almost no sunlight to speak of) for about 7 months out of the year and are able to stay successfully and happily raw? Please let me know if you do! I desperately need the inspiration. Where we are is freeeeezing and my husband is afraid if we don't carry on with oil and fat and cooked food for the evening meal, we will be miserable and wind up bingeing out of frustration. (We already eat raw breakfasts and lunches.) Thanks for any insights and tips!
