Sometimes that happens when you wipe too hard or something irritates the colon lining or you're stressed. sometimes a piece of something that was growing in there that was not meant to be there will break off because your immune system is working for you and you'll expel it.

again - relax. let your body do its job, which it is.

Even if its the very worst case scenario you can imagine, you will have a far better chance of survival by doing what you know than going to modern medicine for treatment (cutting, burning, poisoning, etc). If you do that, you've forfeited your chances of recovering because your immune system will be toast.

What did they do in the old days? They lived with it. And they lived to a ripe old age.
