Paul, I would suggest that for the first few months of 811, it's really helpful to count calories. You really wanna eat a proper amount of calories for your hight/weight/age/gender. The weakness/cravings may be because you were undereating on calories. Cron-O-Meter and Nutridiary.com are two great ways to do it. Regardless of the type of food you're eating, if you don't eat enough calories, you'll run into trouble, imo.
