#1. Good bench press does not = strength. Deadlift and Squat do.
#2. If your triglycerides are higher than your HDL cholesterol your doing something wrong.
#3. Sugar is sugar. Insulin breaks down sugar in the bloodstream - pre-digest has n...othing to do with it. If you drink juice...insulin goes into the blood stream. Period.
#4. Long distance running is not functional. (Humans aren't designed to do it repeatedly)
#5. I'm going back and forth mostly for others to get another viewpoint - not to argue with you.
