I thought I would comment on green tea.
I just went through a discussion on this as my SIL sells "healthy" chocolate.
They recommend getting ORAC value of 10,000 per day.
It takes 4 cups to get 5000
1 glass red wine is 5000.
I added up my value for a day, 35,000
