When you're hungry, when you're craving eat bananas. Smoothie them, freeze them and make "ice cream", blend one w a cup of water and drink banana milk ... then wait 10-20 minutes and see if you still have the cravings. I tell you whats whack, is when I crave cooked foods, it isn't a potato or a bowl of rice, it's a pizza. And when it hits, fruit doesn't sound good and romaine is boring. But just try a few times to eat real ripe bananas when it hits and you will be surprised. You're brain translates what your bodies feels into the desire for pizza. It appears its possible to intervene and redirect it and eventually the habit will be to crave bananas. I am a fomer smoker and I tell you eating right is just like quitting smoking, crave management and habit breaking, only I do have to say times about 10! Keep it up, keep posting. Folks will talk you through it.
