i'm living in a different country to my parents, but i'm hoping i can
convince my parents to overhaul their dietary ways....

from what i have read, so far, there is talk of avoiding excitotoxins as
a 'must', gluten as a possibility and supplementation of various things
(will have to check up on this

i appreciate your help...i know there aren't cures, but from what i have
seen complete loss of mobility and total dependancy can be held back
with a multi-pronged approach

i am pretty sure that it will be difficult to convince them of 811 100%
rv but maybe this for the most part, with a cooked lf v meal in the
evening

of course, we hope that none of this comes to pass....i'm just looking
into anything i can, to be prepared :(
