I think you oversimplify natural hygiene practice. I believe that natural hygiene promotes the making of intelligent decisions, rather than pushing a specific agenda of action.
As for natural hygiene and health care, I believe that if I had a splinter, I would remove it, rather than wait for it to get infected and my body to eventually remove it. Call me a radical hygienist, or say I have gone bad, but that's what I would do. Judicious use of chiro care can be considered just another splinter removed,
