Again, let us emphasize that these are long-term raw foodists. Results don't come overnight, or probably in your first year. It took Mike 2+ years of 80/10/10 to get his PR/goal marathon time. But I do agree with Harley that when you eat high-carb, endurance just isn't an issue. But you may have other issues. For me, I was a non-athlete beginner runner, exhilirated to find that I could run indefinitely without breathing hard or even sweating. But my muscles were not developed enough for it, and I would get very sore and hurt.
