If you wanna improve your time 811 is essential. If will give you the
energy you need to fuel your training workouts and speed up your
recovery. Eating this way you should be able to train every day, 7
days a week or 6 days a week and take one day off for rest.
Other than that you have to get out there and do the training yourself,
811 isn't gonna train for you!! If you wanna get better at hills go up to
the mountains on the weekend and run some trails with insane hills,
make sure you go both up and down too!!
If you wanna build speed you have to do some interval training, there
are several different types too so you can vary your speed training
workouts.
All in all go full on 811 100% until your marathon and watch and
observe how much energy you have!!
