I might eat one night more avocado then aloud (15-20% cals fat total
that day) and the next day a small meal with steamed dense veggies
like brussel sprouts or baked turbers with maybe even avocado, I am
less bloated, less hungry, more satisfied and my body seems to
absorb the calories better then all raw, lowfat. Some days I do 811.
This also pleases others as being anorexic and still being able to eat
something socially makes me more "normal." Too much raw fats I feel
tired. I dont know how to make 811 work. I cannot eat more fruit at
this time and the bloating is uncomfortable/painful, even doing the
mono fruit meals. Raw veggies are horrid for digestion for me. Its
easier to gain weight slowly on the same calories eating some lightly
cooked starchy veggies. I dont know why... This probably wouldnt
work well with a person with an ED that has food addictions or binge
eating tendencies. When my weight is reasonable, I will try 100%
again. I've been trying to do 100% for close to a year now and my
other option is being hospitalized so this works for me. I would not
advice an anorexic to do this 100%, unless they want to risk being
hospitalized, are not at a life threatening weight or they CAN really eat
(ie bulimic-anorexic).

If Dr. D has a plan that would WORK for a case of severe anorexia,
please share. I would like to know! I cant stand bananas anymore,
especially smoothies and dates hurt my teeth. Thats the only answers
I get. If you cant force it down, you cant force it down.
