hey Dr.D I have been dealing with a weird issue for about a year now... the skin under my eyes,nose,and cheecks gets really dry and flaky and every week or so i have to rub off this gunky dead skin off my face and then my face gets irritaed and red... I think it might be sebborheic dermatitis... I been doing 80 10 10 for 4 months... should I consider a 3 week water fast so I can finally eliminate this for good?
