Subject:         80-10-10 Marathon

I am starting today my 10 week training in view of my 2nd marathon on 14th November and my goal is to be an 80-10-10 marathon runner. I want to see the difference compared to last year, see if I feel and run any different. Currently 80-10-10 is my base about 75-80% of the time, I do not stick to it when eating at friends or parties, mostly at week-ends. Last year I ran the marathon in 4h18mn. It was a hard one because the second part of the race was very hilly. If you have any advice or comments, they are very welcome. Your experience of running long distance before 811 and with 811 would be most interesting too.
