I didn't really care much for greens initially. Though I am convinced that we need them in the long term. I don't like sitting down and chewing through a pound of lettuce or celery. What works for me personally is to eat a mono meal of fruit in the evening then follow it up with a pound or so of blended romaine lettuce or celery. I actually look forward to my greens this way - to me it is a delicious, slightly nutty and salty change to the sweet fruit that I have eaten during the daytime. Romaine is my favorite. A pound of greens blends down easily into a smallish bowl of soup. It is very easy to eat and can also be done quickly if you are on the go. I don't do green smoothies either because I don't like them or find them satisfying. I don't know what your preferences are, but maybe this is an option for you. In health Elisabeth xo
