Are you familiar with eating really large meals (of water-rich foods), or is that something you've got to work on a bit? You're really active, and that's good to hear. If you're trying to lose some fat (which it sounds like you could do with, yeah), go for the slow and steady approach by simply eating enough, and not concerning yourself too much with the number of calories in every bite of your food. There's more to eating than that. Enjoy it. :) If you stick with 811 and are persistent with it, you'll get to your optimal weight quicker than you would've thought. Luke
