I too find that if I go too long with no overt fats, I don't feel quite right, although, for me, 20% fat is too high. My sweet spot seems to be right about 10%, on the average. Yes, I frequently go several days (occasionally a few weeks) with no overt fats, and yes, my body seems to like that...for a while.

Regarding protein, the 10% protein in 80/10/10 is the max. Dr D recomends that you stay below that, which is consistent with Dr Campbell's recomendations.

Thanks for sharing. I find it encouraging that you've been doing this for 23 years.
