If you're unsure how many calories you're burning each day relative to the number you're consuming, keep an eye on your weight as the weeks go by to see if you're gaining, losing or merely maintaining. Go for the slow and steady approach to losing weight. Yet if you feel it is hard to consume enough calories (while still achieving weight-loss goals) of the water-rich fruits and vegetables while on 811, eat more of the sweet fruits like bananas, persimmons and the like. You don't know how much you should be eating? Eat enough. Make sure that, for you, it feels like enough. Luke
