Yes E I am very serious. I have been thinking about 811rv and what does and doesn't make sense to me. Today I read some posts and more young people are falling apart, and I saw your post. Caused me to slap myself up against the side of my head and say "Wake-Up".

Everything about this hasn't been bad by any means, I no longer eat meat, drink alcohol, I eat low fat and try for minimal salt. Since I started doing these things, I feel better. Now I just have to figure it out from here. But I do know that when I do what is truly healthy for me, things get better and they get better fast. My body jumps right in when given a chance and goes to work healing, not making me sick or sicker.
