Why's that obviously too much? Cause it's not attainable with 811 unless you were to eat way more calorie then you need? On well balanced plant based diet your usually getting around 15 percent of calories from protein, so you'd easily hit the numbers. 2000 calories which is probably around the ball park of what you need if your active at 15 percent protein would give you 75 grams of protein. if you only need 1,500 calories cause maybe your not very active that would give you 56 grams of protein. So if you follow a balanced plant based diet like cultures have allays none not a fruit based diet like no one has ever done then you'll hit the numbers. Even the 3 cultures referenced in the 811 book are getting 10-13 percent protein so at least double the amount that you get on 811. Graham sites the WHO in the 811 book for so called prof of humans protein requirements. One thing not mentioned was that was recommendations from the 80's. the current numbers from who are 10-15 percent protein. Not attainable on 811 so obvious he's going to site the old numbers.
