Hello! I am about half way through the 80/10/10 diet book, and I am loving it! I was raw for about a year and a half, but then, due to a severe eating disorder, it was suggested that I switch to cooked vegan to re-gain my weight. I did, gaining 50 pounds in 5 months, and it was horrible! i have spent the last year feeling bloated, puffy, and completly un-comfortable, with the worst digestion ever! I am now back on raw, doing the 80/10/10 thing, which is what I was doing before, with jsut way to few calories. Now I am in dance school, dancing about 12 hours/week, as well as walking an hour each day, and lifting weights and doing yoga 3 times/week each. After all of this diet change and forced eating and what not, I find I do not want to eat very much. I want to be about 110 pounds, and I am currently around 125. I am 5'4. I don't know how much I should be eating. This is my problem. I want to get to my natural and normal weight, and I need the energy for activity, but I don't have to much of an appitite. Any suggestions?
