and greens also are high in potassium, especially celery and spinach among the others.... thing is when one eats exclusively all alkaline fruits and greens and little to no overt fats like myself, then isn't the diet almost exclusively 100% alkaline? and is that safe to have that high of an alkaline diet with no acid balance? so no worries on me ever again havin a deficiency of potassium or an imbalance of that potassium/sodium ratio that is of upmost importance in athletes who sweat profusely several days a week, if eating pure 811rv, and in my case very little if no overts on it, correct? thanks
