thing is when one eats exclusively all alkaline fruits and greens and little to no overt fats like myself, then isn't the diet almost exclusively 100% alkaline? and is that safe to have that high of an alkaline diet with no acid balance?

so no worries on me ever again havin a deficiency of potassium or an imbalance of that potassium/sodium ratio that is of upmost importance in athletes who sweat profusely several days a week, if eating pure 811rv, and in my case very little if no overts on it, correct? thanks
