Morning Dr. Graham,
First let me start by saying I loved the 811 program when I was on it and would love to figure out how to make it work for me.
Okay, more info:
I floss & brush twice a day. I'm 40 years old and had not had a cavity since I was 8. After 1 year on 811, I developed 5 cavities even though I still flossed and brushed regularly.
My protein levels were measured with a blood test at my annual check up with my doctor. Everything else - B12, calcium, iron - was all awesome. She did say my protein level was severely deficient.
I'm 5'10, generally maintain around 135 lb and enjoy a 30-60 min brisk walk most days. When following 811, I ate mostly mono fruit in the morning (watermelon, oj...), sweet fruits at lunch (banans, dates, persimmons..) and romaine with either avocado or fruit dressings at night.
I appreciate you taking the time to help me figure this out!!! I think you program is amazing and would love to get back to it. :)
