Prioritize. Set schedules and follow them. 811 is about caloronutrient ratio. Exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle, but not specifically about 811. Do the best you can. School is often about learning how much to take on. Too much, and something has to give. Too little, and life just isn't interesting enough. Finding the balance is part of growing up.
