Sleep as much as you can, and you'll find your study time much more productive. What you used to take four hours to do you will be able to do it in two or less, with greater quality and memory retention. Sneak exercise in when you feel like it. Even just sitting in a lecture, you can do slight leg raises to work abdominals, for example, without anyone noticing, can't you? Little things like that add up done consistently.
