Any tips for easy ways to incorporate enough sleep and exercise into busy days? I am a full time student with not a lot of open blocks for a good, full exercise session, or for rest/naps when I get tired. Because I am studying so much, I sit throughout the day. I can fit about 7-8 hours of sleep in, but that's all. What is the minimum amount of excercise I can do to still be considered following 811? Is brisk walking, 30 minutes a day enough?
