Hi Dr. Graham, I've seen some references to 955 and I'm not sure what it's all about. Is it a progression of 811 & this the ideal? Since tracking my calories on nutridiary.com, I've become more aware of these proportions in food & actually noticed that my proportions are closer to 955 than 811. Is 955 more of a fruitatian diet? Is 955/811 suited for all or are there times when you would recommend one over the other? Thanks so much
