Type 1 is a catchall phrase, so it depends upon the exact nature of
your daughter's problem to know if she can reverse the condition. But
there is almost always hope.
Meanwhile, you already see the proof in the fact that she is
consuming a far greater number of carbs (from fruit) but not
increasing her insulin usage. That speaks volumes.
