I am feeling anxious because I am running my first marathon on Sunday. What sould I eat the night before and on the morning of the race and how long before? Should I drink Malto 3 days before, should I eat rice? I am scared to run out of fuel and not finish!!! Your advice would be most welcome!!! Thank you, Fleur
