thanks everyone. I will check out the 30 bananas a day site and the raw emotions e-book as well as the making friends with your food dvds. it is good for me to remember to eat sufficient quantities of sweet fruits too. sometimes i when i try to cut back on calories i get very hungry and the cravings get worse. a lot of times even when I do eat plenty of calories, I don't understand what emotions are driving me to eat more. one thing i've noticed is that lack of sleep dramatically increases my appetite though. well at least i have some positive direction on how to resolve this now. :)
