Fruit contains a rich variety of minerals, in bountiful quantities that
far exceeds that found in most other foods with the exception of
some vegetables. There is no way that fruit strips minerals. It is
nonsense, and when someone suggests it, you should know enough
to laugh at the very concept that adding minerals to your body by
eating fruit will result in stripping minerals from your body.
