Good Morning everyone and Happy Independence Day!

Today I am celebrating independence from toxic thoughts leading to toxic actions especially regarding food.

My food plan for today:

Breakfast - Blended in Vitamix
1 big banana
1/2 cup blueberries
3/4 cup strawberries
3/4 cup baby romaine leaves

THIS TURNED OUT TO BE REALLY DELICIOUS BTW

LUNCH - MY MAIN MEAL OF THE DAY

5 oz Baby Romaine Lettuce
oil/ vinegar based dressing -- approx 100 calories from fat
2 oz of raw cashews
some quantity of toasted sesame seeds (some day I will measure these)
2 bananas
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries

Dinner will contain no overt fat -- not sure what else - depends on how my day plays out

Yesterday I was off all soy products and today I dumped the hummus in the dumpster - - so the only really cooked food still left in my diet are sinfully toasted sesame seeds. I might still use carob occasionally and herbal tea.
