Hi, Marie. . .

It is true that emotions do play a part, and we all experience this to some degree.

However, it took me a while to really get it that if the cells of your body are not correctly nourished, your body and mind will be always restless, always "craving."

You will need to eat plenty (lots!) of sweet juicy fruit to satisfy the needs of the body. And when you do this, your body/mind will feel relief and satisfaction deeply and this will produce feelings of peace and contentment.

Please keep this in mind as you move forward. Eat ALL YOU WANT of sweet fruit that you LOVE all day long. This way of living is the opposite of deprivation.

I now think that a lot of what we try to understand and explain about disordered eating is really just a consequence of not getting enough sweet fruit!

Hope this helps some. . .

: )

Love,
Julie
