Sprouts have cotyledons, those distinctive cute first leaves. Are you
telling me your rice gets leaves? I doubt it, somehow.
Complex carbs taste, by definition, tasteless. I doubt you will like wild
rice without the fat and salt that you add.
If you wish to eat wild rice, it is up to you. I just make guidelines.
Read about wild rice on the LivingTreeCommunity site. Wild rice is not
raw, sorry.
Your rice didn't sprout, it became saturated, and split at the ends.
