I am not a newcomer to wild rice. Sprouts have cotyledons, those distinctive cute first leaves. Are you telling me your rice gets leaves? I doubt it, somehow. Complex carbs taste, by definition, tasteless. I doubt you will like wild rice without the fat and salt that you add. If you wish to eat wild rice, it is up to you. I just make guidelines. Read about wild rice on the LivingTreeCommunity site. Wild rice is not raw, sorry. Your rice didn't sprout, it became saturated, and split at the ends. Now, congratulations on all the great successes you have had of late. Keep us posted on your progress and insights. We are here to support you.
