General fitness is recommended, as is making sure to stay well- hydrated. But still, orthostatic hypotension may occur sporadically, as a result of lifestyle changes. It often takes a few months for the physical body to catch up with the lifestyle changes we make. Look at body builders. They lift and lift and lift and eventually they get bigger.
