I am considering purchasing one of the CD sets from the foodnsport site. I would like to get all of them, but I can only afford one for now. Which one would be recommended for me to start with if my main issue is emotional overeating? Any other suggestions of books or other materials would be helpful. Has anyone on here suffered from emotional eating and had a successful recovery? If so, would you please share your story or some tips with me? I am finally able to admit my problem. I know so much about nutrition and health. I've tried so many diets yet none work long term because I can't stick to them due to emotional eating that I developed as a child. I really want to learn how to get over this so I can really start living. This problem has consumed my life. I am very sensitive. I feel things more than most people and I get hurt so easily. This has all lead me to numb my sensitivity with grains or high fat foods. Now that I am transitioning to 811, I find my biggest obstacle is emotions and not knowing what to do with them.
