You are a stud! Annnnd a crack up! But I believe an experiment is in order for you this week. Sprouting wild rice!....Lundberg Organic Wehani & Wild Rice is the kind I have sprouted myself and eaten raw with avacado, macadamia nuts, red peppers, dulse, and celtic sea salt, but now since half of those ingredients are the DEVIL...I still just want to eat the rice if I still like it without the salt hmmmm..we'll see. It's a TOTAL jaw workout! It makes your temples sore for days!! So now, this particular brand Has black and dark brown rice in it...I guess it's possible that maybe only the brown sprouted and not the black and I didn't notice, but one or both definitely had little tails on them and sprouted. First, you soak the rice for 12 hours then rinse and soak for 24 hours then rinse and sprout in a jar for 2 more days rinsing throughout the day until you see the little taily guys then ....viola! it's done! Okay, now, so if it is raw and does sprout and I really did like the taste of it plain...would this be a food that would be hard on my digestive tract? and thus should be avoided anyway after all that hard work? Or is it something that should be in my food storage for the angry mob to come and gun me down for he he? By the way, I've sworn off cooked food forever and freaking love this diet!!!!!! I actually exercised two times in the last week and broke a sweat and I NEVER have energy to even think about exercising after taking care of three kids!!! But Now I have hope and am SOOOOOOOOOO excited THANK YOU!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!! Kathy
