Hey M - are you the same M that friended me on Facebook -- If so I am going to check out soon! As far as your comments -- what you are really talking about is the nature of addiction and how to deal with it. Food issues are some of the worst to deal with because as we know we can't go cold turkey off of food. You made some good points but I also think you may have made some assumptions that simply are not true. I don't have time right now to go into detail but wanted to let you know that I appreciate your input. I'd love it if others would chime in. I think my basic response is that we each have our own process that works for us. Some of us have not discovered it yet. I am not one of them. Transformation comes easily to me when I *choose* it. Right now I am feeling like I would like to kick the Soy Milk - for example today instead of my usual soy milk dessert at lunch time I quicly blended some strawberries and blueberries and I daresay it's more nutritious than soymilk. So basically I've gone one day so far without soy because I chose to do so. Tomorrow I may choose differently but I prefer to take it a day at a time and live from a place of inner guidance and choice. I know this does not work for everyone. cheers, Reply To This Post Return to Posts Index VegSource Home
