Thank you Dr. Graham -- I am not yet at 811 and I am doubtful that I can ever get my fat that low. Carbs just do not satisfy me! But I wonder what nutrients I am missing -- someone else told me people can live on bananas alone. Any suggestions would be useful -- thanks so much!
