Wow M, This really makes a lot of sense. I'm going to try to cut back on the soy milk - having it just once per day instead of 3 times per day. And I hear you about mixing fats with fruit -- bad idea - - I am suffering from a lot of gas because of that. I'm trying different things and monitoring the results. Due to my schedule I need to eat my largest(heaviest) meal of the day at about 3:30 or 4 PM. Then I eat something small at about 10:30 PM. To fit my schedule I am going to try to eat just bananas for breakfast and dinner and perhaps have the fats at my bigger meal which is technically lunch, I guess. I so appreciate all the suggestions people have made. It's very helpful to have this feedback. Much food for thought here! Dee
