Dee, try not to worry about vits/mins...just work your plan...increase your bananas slowly....and before you know it the other stuff will become less appealing to you It's the goal that is important and it takes time for the body to adjust. There are people who have eaten nothing but bananas for months and years. Our worries about getting enough of this and that vitamin/mineral have been programmed into our minds by nutritional authors, doctors, etc. It's a confusing complicated scenario that will drive one crazy.
